Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders for medical equipment are processed promptly and shipped within 24–48 working hours of order confirmation.

Shipping Damage or Loss
In the unlikely event of transit damage or loss:
Inspect the package at the time of delivery.
Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and inform the delivery personnel.
Record an uncut unboxing video for evidence.
Notify Healthcrate within 24 hours of delivery in case of damage or missing items.
Healthcrate will take full responsibility and initiate a resolution based on the investigation.
Eligibility for Replacement
Replacements are applicable in the following cases:
Wrong item delivered
Product is damaged or defective on arrival
Note: Due to the sensitive nature of medical equipment, returns or refunds are not offered unless the above conditions are met.
Conditions for Replacement
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Original packaging must be retained until the replacement process is completed.
The product must be repacked exactly as received. Avoid applying any tape or glue directly to the product or product box, or your replacement request may be rejected.
All accessories and manuals must be returned with the product.
Refunds
If applicable, refunds will be issued to the original payment method for online orders.
For bank transfers or Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account after verification.
Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
